To perform this service we need to collect a wide variety of personal information about you. But don’t worry. We are committed to protecting your privacy, keeping your information safe and ensuring the security of your data.

What information do we collect?

We collect information about your personal situation including demographic and socioeconomic data. We also perform basic cognitive tests designed to assess your brain health.

How do we collect your information?

We collect your information solely by asking you a series of questions. You can choose not to answer the questions (or quit altogether), but if you choose not to we will be unable to make an assessement of your brain health.

How do we use your information?

We use your information in our model to provide you results about your brain health. At some point if we have sufficient new information we may use your information with all other participants data to recalibrate our model. The output of our model will never produce anything other than the participant's own results or those of the entire population.

When do we share your informaton?

We never share your information with any other third parties.

How you can make a privacy complaint?

If you believe that a HIPAA-covered entity or its business associate violated your (or someone else’s) health information privacy rights or committed another violation of the Privacy, Security, or Breach Notification Rules, you may file a complaint with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR).
